What’s included in this package?

•         60 to 90-minute initial online or in-person consultation to understand where you are now, where you want to be and when.

•         3x 30 to 45-minute follow-up consultations on week 2,4 and 6.

•         Set daily actions and realistic goals that suit your lifestyle, priorities and circumstances.

•         Uncovering any challenges, obstacles or limiting beliefs standing in your way.

•         Designing a roadmap for the 6 weeks, with milestones and success indicators.

•         90-minute initial phone consultation.

•         6x 60-minute consultations in your own home or location of your choice.

•         Provides you a safe space to unpack what may be holding you back based on your personal circumstances.

•         Food ideas to add to your shopping list for improved health.

This whole exercise has brought so much more awareness into how and why I am feeling a particularly way.
